Welcome

Welcome Aboard

Thank you for your confidence in signing up.

Thank you for your trust in me to help you to develop a work-life balance over the duration of this programme.

Before we start . . . Three Important Points

1) Your Commitment and your Consistency are vital.

The three most important things I'm going to ask from you for over the next couple of weeks are . . .

Attend one lecture a day at most - or ideally only one every second day. -

Invest 30 minutes every day to contemplate the lectures and prepare your homework.

Invest every single day! Find 30 minutes x 7 days a week now and block it off.

The reason I'm stipulating a slow and steady approach is to give you time to assimilate and absorb the information so that you can relate it to your own life. You can't rush the process.

It takes a lot of time and patience to be introspective - You want to extract the underlying causes for some of the actions you take, the habits you've picked up over the years, and you want to be able to identify the triggers that invoke certain behaviours.

If you gloss over the details and rush through the homework then you're going to end up with some fancy looking printed nonsense be the end of the course.

Einstein said, "Genius is one percent inspiration, ninety nine percent perspiration.

You don't need a high IQ to master this course - just create a routine and stick to it.

You have lifetime access to the course, so you can refer back anytime you want to refresh your memory or repeat the exercises.

That being said, I highly recommend that you take notes along the way and keep them together; either in a bound book or a digital folder. Making your own notes is shown to improve memory retention - by as much as 70% if they're handwritten and reviewed within 24 hours.

2) The money discussion - uurgh.

I really don't want to spoil this welcome by discussing the refunding your money, but let me get it off the table right up front.

As a professional trainer, lifestyle coach, and business consultant, I am far more interested in long-term relationships than I am in any single sale. My interaction with you is far more about our relationship than your payment for this course.

I will pull out all the stops to ensure that you enjoy the course and get full value out of it, but if you're unhappy at any time about anything related to this course, please tell me.

If you feel you're not getting the value you expected, please tell me within the first 30 days, and I will refund you in full.

Tell me at any other time during the course, and I will also give you a pro-rata refund.

3) And one last thing...

At the bottom of each lecture is a comments section. It's a quick and easy way to connect with me. And it'll give me context for your question, as I'll know which lecture you were watching at the time. I will only share your question and my response with your permission.

OK - That's it for the initial housekeeping.

Here's the first lecture video - Enjoy.

Here's the Mindmap for this lecture.
